Welcome to Serene Latitude Travel, LLC ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). By using our website, our services, or engaging with our travel advisory services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions
1. Our Services
Serene Latitude Travel provides planning, travel consultation, itinerary creation, vacation recommendations, and booking assistance. We act as Travel Advisors and work with third-party travel suppliers, including airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, vacation rental companies, transportation providers, and travel insurance providers. We do not, operate, or control these suppliers and are not responsible for their actions, omissions, or performance.
2. Booking Confirmation
All reservations are subject to availability and the terms and conditions of the travel supplier. A booking is not confirmed until: - Required deposits or full payments have been received. - Confirmation has been issued by the travel supplier.
3. Pricing
ravel prices are subject to change until confirmed by the supplier. Quoted prices may change due to: - Fuel surc.harges - Currency fluctuations- Taxes - Government fees - Supplier price changes Once payment is processed and confirmation is received, pricing is governed by the supplier's terms
4. Payments
Payment deadlines will be provided at the time of booking. Failure to make payments by the due may result in cancellation by the supplier without notice. The client is responsible for any fees resulting from late payments or declined payment methods.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation policies vary by supplier. Refund eligibility is determined solely by the supplier's cancellation policy. Our travel advisory service fees, consultation fees, itinerary planning fees, research fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
6. Changes to Reservations
Changes requested after booking may incur: - Supplier change fees - Airline penalties - Additional travel costs - Service fees charged by our agency Availability for requested changes cannot be guaranteed.
7. Travel Documents
Clients are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents, including: - Valid passports - Visas - Entry permits - Vaccination records - Government-required travel authorizations Failure to obtain proper documentation may result in denied boarding or denied entry. We are not responsible for expenses resulting from missing or invalid travel documents.
8. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance. Travel insurance may provide protection for: - Trip cancellation - Trip interruption - Medical emergencies Lost baggage - Travel delays - Emergency evacuation Declining travel insurance means you accept responsibility for losses not covered by suppliers.
9. Health and Safety
Travel involves inherent risks, including but not limited to: - Weather events - Illness- Natural disasters - Political unrest - Transportation disruptions - Government travel restrictions Clients assume all risks associated with travel.
10. Supplier Responsibility
Travel suppliers are independent contractors. We are not liable for: - Flight delays or cancellations - Hotel issues - Cruise itinerary changes - Lost baggage Accidents - Injury - Death - Acts of terrorism- Labor disputes - Supplier bankruptcy - Weather events - Government actions - Force majeure events beyond our control
11. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to: - Provide accurate personal information - Review all travel documents promptly - Notify us immediately of any errors - Comply with all airline, hotel, cruise, and destination requirements - Follow all local laws during travel
12. Contraband, Prohibited Items, and Removal from Transportation
The Client is solely responsible for ensuring that they comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws, as well as the rules,, and policies of all airlines1, cruise lines, hotels, tour operators, and other travel suppliers. If the Client is denied boarding, removed an aircraft, cruise ship, or any other mode of transportation, refused entry a destination, detained by authorities, or otherwise prevented from traveling due to possession of contraband, illegal substances, prohibited items, weapons, or any other violation of applicable laws or supplier policies, Serene Latitude Travel, LLC shall not be held liable or responsible for any resulting losses, damages, expenses, delays, cancellations, fines penalties, legal consequences, or additional travel costs. No refunds, credits, or compensation will be provided by Serene Latitude Travel, LLC for services that are missed, canceled, or interrupted as a result of the Client's conduct or failure to comply with applicable laws or supplier requirements. The Client assumes full responsibility for all consequences arising from such actions
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Serene Latitude Travel, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid directly to us for our advisory services.
14. Website Information
We strive to keep all information accurate and current; however, travel requirements, pricing, availability, and supplier policies may change without notice. We do not guarantee that information on our website will always be current error-free.
15. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, logos, graphics, branding, itineraries, and travel guides, is the of Serene Latitude Travel, LLC and may not be copied or without written permission.
16. Privacy
Any personal information collected will be handled according to our Privacy Policy. By using our services you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in that policy.
17. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located within that state.
